# Your product. Its own email marketer.

Email Marketing Desk turns a product brief into a strategy, complete lifecycle emails and a working preview. Bring your results back to decide what to improve next.

Built for developers, solo founders and small teams. Powered by **nine free, open-source email marketing skills**. Start with a pasted brief; connect tools only when you need them.

## Start with one useful campaign

1. **Describe your product.** Share the audience, the first useful customer action and what you have today. A brief is enough; a repository can add context.
2. **Get the program and the copy.** The bot maps your lifecycle, chooses a priority campaign, writes every message and plans the next 30 days.
3. **See who gets what.** With file and terminal access, run a synthetic preview showing messages, activation exits and opt-out skips.
4. **Improve from evidence.** Bring a results export. Get counts, uncertainty and one next experiment, with optional read-only reviews on your schedule.

## Set up Email Marketing Desk

Copy the setup prompt above into a new bot conversation. It installs the pinned skill library in the bot’s workspace and checks the offline preview. Git, Python 3.10+ and file/terminal access are required for that preview. Without those tools, the bot can still draft in chat and explain what remains unverified.

**Grok Bot:** [Open Email Marketing Desk](https://x.ai/bot/WA-i9uE-95J3389btqnRk) to review the public template and add it to Grok Bot. The source package includes setup instructions and paused review recipes. Fresh-import testing and curated marketplace placement are still pending.

## Nine skills, one working loop

| Job | What you get |
| --- | --- |
| Strategy | Audience, offer, lifecycle map and first campaign |
| Audit | Evidence-backed gaps and a prioritized fix |
| List growth | A useful signup offer and clear expectations |
| Lifecycle | Triggers, timing, exits and retention flows |
| Copywriting | Complete messages with a clear next action |
| Calendar | A coordinated month without competing campaigns |
| Deliverability | Diagnosis from redacted provider evidence |
| Experiments | Counts, uncertainty and a testable next step |
| AI SDR | Business research and reviewed introduction drafts |

## Useful before you connect anything

The skills and bot source are free under Apache-2.0. Agent usage, domains, email delivery and optional business data may cost separately. You can work from a brief and redacted results without a Saka account or email provider.

Sending requires your chosen provider, eligible recipients, tested suppression and reply handling, and explicit authorization. The included preview is offline; it is not a live queue or a deliverability test. Review routines start paused and do not send campaigns.

## Research businesses when that is the next step

For a product with a business buyer, Saka can supply optional business research. Start by checking whether the data fits your audience, then review the price before paid access. A public email address or purchased record is not a newsletter signup.

## Try a concrete first request

> My app turns CSV files into reports. We have 40 signups but only 8 users have made a report. Draft an activation campaign, show a synthetic preview, and tell me what is missing before sending.

The useful result is a campaign you can inspect and improve. No invented testimonials, guaranteed revenue or automatic enrollment of public contacts.
