Terms of service

Effective 2026-10-14 · Sire Run, Inc.

Who provides Saka

Saka is provided by Sire Run, Inc., 584 Castro St Suite #4211 San Francisco, CA 94114. Contact [email protected] for account, billing, or data questions, and [email protected] for privacy requests. These terms cover the Saka website, paid API, MCP service, and exports.

Your account and agents

Use Saka for lawful business purposes and only if you can enter a binding agreement. Each account has one user and one prepaid balance; shared organization wallets are not included. Protect your sign-in and authorize only trusted clients. Agent spending starts disabled. Enabling it allows connected agents to purchase against your available balance, subject to each request’s maximum cost. Disabling it rejects subsequent agent requests; it does not undo completed purchases.

Prices and prepaid credit

Prices are in US dollars: $0.002 per basic business-location record and $0.005 per email-bearing record, including the basic record. For the same record version within its 30-day access window, an email upgrade charges only the positive difference after existing paid access ($0.003 after a basic purchase at the current price). Top-ups are $10, $25, or $100 through Stripe. There is no subscription, automatic top-up, or scheduled credit expiry. Credit pays for Saka usage; it does not guarantee indefinite hosting. Any applicable taxes or charges must be disclosed before payment.

Quotes and delivery

Review the matching-record preview and exact price before purchasing. Quotes are account-specific and expire after nine minutes. Requests cover at most 200 records per page. No purchase can exceed its submitted maximum cost. Empty results and failed requests are not charged; retry the same purchase using the same idempotency key to avoid duplicate charges. Retrieval of the same purchased record version is included for 30 days. After that window, a new quote can charge again. Export delivered records if you need your own lasting copy.

What the data means

A record may represent a business location, brand, or branch, rather than a unique company. Coverage and freshness vary. Published emails are observations with evidence, not verified mailboxes, named decision-makers, consent to contact, or guaranteed deliverability. Missing fields remain missing. Source references may identify a licensed dataset observation rather than a verified business website. Saka does not promise sales, accuracy in every field, or complete market coverage.

Permitted use and source licenses

Use purchased records for lawful business research and workflows consistent with the source licenses delivered with them. Keep source attribution, license notices, and required share-alike notices when using or redistributing data. Saka’s service terms do not replace upstream licenses or grant rights that an upstream source withholds. Do not bypass access controls, remove required notices, send unlawful messages, harass people, or use records for credit, employment, insurance, housing eligibility, or other decisions governed by consumer-reporting law. You are responsible for your outreach permissions, suppression lists, and applicable rules.

Service interruptions and refunds

Saka may suspend access to investigate security incidents, misuse, unpaid reversals, or payment disputes. A refund or reversal reduces the associated credit and may leave a negative balance if credit was already spent; Saka does not silently charge your card to cover it. The refund policy explains billing corrections, unused credit, and discontinuation. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes

The effective date appears on this page. Material updates will be posted here before they govern future purchases. A new policy does not retroactively change the price or promised delivery of a completed purchase. Contact support if you want to close your account or resolve a concern.
